Free Doula?

Would you like to have a doula? Do you live in the Saint Louis metro area? On Up is providing free doula services to expectants moms interested in having additional support throughout their prenatal journey.

On Up will match you with a doula or you can choose from a list of community-based birth companions. Who qualifies for this service at no charge?

(1) SSM Health patients receiving prenatal care at the WISH Center and SSM Health patients who are Missouri residents and receiving prenatal care at OB Care Center DePaul Hospital, Women’s Wellness Center, and Maternal & Fetal Care Center may receive doula care from On Up for free.
